Marketing and Partnership Intern (GrabRentals)

About the role

GrabRentals, Grab's in-house vehicle rental business providing private-hire cars and taxis to driver-partners on daily rental contracts, is looking for a Marketing and Partnership Intern in Singapore. This is a fully onsite, full-time internship at Grab@OneNorth running from January 2027 for 6 months, offering hands-on experience in marketing, partnerships and the ride-hailing and vehicle rental industry.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing strategies for GrabRentals and GrabCab, creating engaging content across social media and digital channels to grow brand awareness.
• Conduct market research and data analysis to identify industry trends, map the driver lifecycle and pinpoint areas for service optimisation.
• Support the execution and tracking of co-branded projects and partnerships, providing data-driven insights on their effectiveness.
• Collaborate with Product, Operations and Business teams and external partners to deliver projects smoothly.
• Help organise and run marketing and partnership events, meeting logistical requirements and brand goals.

Required profile

• Current undergraduate student in Marketing, Business or a related field, with a focus on digital marketing, social media strategy and creative conceptualisation.
• Logical and structured thinking, able to simplify complex ideas for different partners.
• Ownership of tasks and willingness to adapt to changing project needs.
• Collaborative mindset and basic data analysis skills; understanding of the Singapore market and local consumer trends.
• Prior experience in the ride-hailing or vehicle rental industry is an advantage.
