Marketing Campaigns Manager / Assistant Manager Retail Mall

About the role

An established real estate group with a portfolio of retail and commercial properties is looking for a Marketing Campaigns Manager / Assistant Manager for its retail mall in central Singapore, near an MRT station. You will lead the advertising and promotions function for an assigned portfolio, guiding campaigns from concept through execution and review, from festive celebrations and brand collaborations to loyalty initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end planning and execution of integrated campaigns, festive activations, loyalty initiatives and tactical promotions.
• Develop campaign concepts, creative briefs and customer experiences aligned with the portfolio's brand positioning.
• Lead, coach and develop marketing executives, and set project plans, timelines, risk controls and review points.
• Manage creative, production, PR, digital, media and event agencies to a high standard.
• Build partnerships with tenants, brand and IP owners, sponsors and other stakeholders.
• Oversee campaign budgets, procurement, contracts and compliance with company policies.
• Analyse campaign results, shopper behaviour, CRM data and loyalty insights to improve future initiatives.
• Keep website, directory, app and social media content accurate across the portfolio.
• Prepare proposals and presentations for senior management approval, and identify new campaign ideas and revenue opportunities.

Required profile

• Degree in Marketing, Mass Communications or a related discipline.
• At least 5 years of marketing campaign experience in retail, shopping malls, lifestyle, tourism or destination marketing.
• Proven ability to lead large-scale integrated campaigns and manage external agencies.
• Strong creative judgement, project management, stakeholder engagement and commercial negotiation skills.
• Ability to interpret marketing data and turn it into practical recommendations.
• Strong writing, presentation and interpersonal communication skills; organised and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

What we offer

• Remuneration package of up to S$9,000 per month plus a variable bonus commensurate with experience.
• Working hours Monday to Friday, 8.30 am to 6.00 pm.
