Marketing & Communications Manager (Consumer Growth)

About the role

Actxa is seeking a Marketing & Communications Manager to lead consumer marketing, brand building and growth initiatives for its health‑tech wearables. The role will own the end‑to‑end consumer marketing strategy, from positioning and storytelling to performance campaigns and lifecycle marketing.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a consumer marketing strategy that drives brand awareness, acquisition, engagement, retention and advocacy.
• Set growth targets and KPIs, identify market opportunities and build scalable frameworks for long‑term expansion.
• Own the consumer brand strategy, craft compelling narratives and ensure consistent identity across all touchpoints.
• Lead performance‑marketing efforts across Meta, Google, TikTok, YouTube, marketplaces, affiliate and influencer channels, optimizing funnels and ROI.
• Plan, budget, attribute, test and analyse campaigns, driving continuous experimentation.
• Define and implement content strategy for social media, website, email, video and other consumer channels.
• Collaborate closely with Product, Commercial, Customer Success and senior leadership while managing a small marketing team.

Required profile

• Entrepreneurial marketer with strong strategic thinking and hands‑on execution capabilities.
• Proven experience in direct‑to‑consumer growth marketing within a fast‑moving environment.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and develop a small marketing team.
• Excellent communication skills and a deep understanding of health‑wellness consumer behavior.
