Marketing & Communications Specialist

About the role

Bulgari is seeking an energetic Marketing & Communications Specialist to strengthen brand visibility in Singapore. The role focuses on media planning, digital strategy, PR and influencer management to drive brand amplification across traditional and social platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive media strategy, coordinating with media agencies to optimise spend across traditional, digital and social channels.
• Lead performance‑driven digital campaigns that generate relevant traffic and measurable results.
• Manage press relationships, ensuring strong editorial coverage and aligning PR activities with the media plan.
• Design and implement influencer programmes, including media trips, seeding and gifting, to boost brand buzz on social media.
• Oversee A&P budget allocation for media, PR and influencer initiatives, providing clear tracking and reporting.
• Support the Regional Marketing Director with budget management for the wider region.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field.
• 3‑4 years of experience in marketing, communications or a luxury/fashion environment.
• Ability to react quickly to market changes and manage multiple stakeholders under tight deadlines.
• Strong negotiation skills, attention to detail and a collaborative, positive attitude.
• Fluent English with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
