Marketing Consultant

About the role

The Marketing Consultant will support the Manager / Senior Manager in developing national marketing campaigns, business plans and key platforms that drive sales, guest counts, market share and profitability. The role works closely with internal cross‑functional teams and external creative, media, production and PR agencies to ensure flawless execution.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in the creation and delivery of national marketing campaigns from concept through consumer testing, product development, pricing, promotion mechanics and sales projection.
• Manage program budgets, sales and gross contribution targets, contingency activation and project deadlines.
• Drive trial and repeat usage through multi‑channel launches (TV, print, radio, out‑of‑home, events, digital).
• Act as brand steward, ensuring correct use of trademarks, logos and compliance with brand guidelines.
• Oversee media planning, advertising, event‑management and agency deliverables, maintaining quality and quantity standards.
• Prioritise complex projects, meet short lead times and influence cross‑functional decision‑making.

Required profile

• Degree holder in Marketing, Advertising or Communication.
• Minimum 3‑4 years of relevant experience, preferably in a multicultural environment.
• Experience in new product planning, development and launch.
