Marketing & Digital Communications Specialist (Gov)

About the role

This position focuses on delivering audience‑insight driven marketing and digital communications for government‑related initiatives. You will translate insights into actionable content and support the development of community‑app resources.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the Audience Insights workstream, synthesising research into clear, actionable outputs.
• Develop and refine Community App manuals, guidance materials, and AI‑enabled query content.
• Coordinate the Micro‑drama workstream with external agencies, ensuring timely delivery of creative assets.
• Apply PA Persona and messaging across live applications, staff touchpoints, and brand touchpoints.
• Produce, edit, and review content while managing stakeholder and agency collaboration.

Required profile

• Analytical, detail‑oriented and proactive with strong communication skills.
• Ability to turn audience insights into actionable deliverables.
• Experience applying persona, messaging, and brand guidelines across multiple platforms.
• Proven track record working with internal stakeholders and external agencies.
• Background in content development, editorial work, and brand application.
