Marketing Executive – 360 Campaign Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Marketing Executive to drive 360° marketing initiatives across digital, retail, PR and events. You will collaborate with internal teams and external partners to create integrated brand experiences that boost awareness, engagement and conversion.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in planning and executing integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
• Coordinate brand communications to ensure consistent messaging at all consumer touchpoints.
• Track, analyze and report on campaign performance, recommending optimisations.
• Identify and develop strategic partnerships, supporting negotiation and delivery of partnership terms.
• Liaise with sales and merchandising for in‑store promotions, displays and on‑ground activations.
• Support event, pop‑up and product sampling coordination.
• Provide administrative support including scheduling, documentation, budget tracking and inventory management of marketing collateral.
• Prepare marketing materials, presentations and reports, and assist with ad‑hoc projects.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of marketing experience.
• Strong analytical mindset combined with creative, out‑of‑the‑box thinking.
• Ability to multitask and thrive under pressure in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative team attitude.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Hands‑on experience with Meta Ads, TikTok Ads and Google Ads.
• Familiarity with social media management tools.
• Basic knowledge of Canva or Capcut for content creation.
