Marketing Executive – Beauty & E‑Commerce

About the role

We are seeking a creative Marketing Executive to join our dynamic team at BFMBFM, a leading beauty brand distributor in Asia. The role involves planning and executing campaigns, creating engaging social media content, hosting livestreams, and managing collaborations with UGC creators and KOLs.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute marketing and e‑commerce campaigns to support new product launches and key promotions.
• Manage product listings and update content across online platforms such as Shopee, Lazada and TikTok.
• Develop and maintain a social media content calendar, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and marketing objectives.
• Monitor audience engagement, analyse performance data and adjust strategies to improve reach and impact.
• Act as the on‑camera host for brand livestreams to boost awareness and sales.
• Engage with user‑generated content, foster community growth and coordinate with KOLs and influencers for campaign execution.

Required profile

• Diploma in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field.
• Detail‑oriented with strong communication and project‑management abilities.
• Experience in e‑commerce, retail or the beauty industry is a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency with social media management tools such as Meta Ads, Canva and Capcut.
• Familiarity with e‑commerce platforms including Shopee, Lazada and TikTok.
