Marketing Executive

About the role

Bakuun is building a connected platform that powers global travel distribution. As a Marketing Executive you will own a performance channel, driving commercial outcomes and collaborating closely with revenue and product teams.

Key responsibilities

• Conceptualise, produce and launch in‑house campaign creative, turning commercial briefs into compelling visual and copy assets.
• Maintain creative standards across paid and organic channels, delivering static ads, carousel formats and variations that align with Bakuun’s brand.
• Manage external designers, agencies or production partners, providing clear briefs, direction and quality control.
• Own performance of assigned paid channels, handling budget deployment, lead quality, pipeline contribution and optimisation.
• Report end‑to‑end campaign results, translating performance data into commercial language for stakeholders.

Required profile

• 1‑3 years of hands‑on marketing experience with ownership of at least one performance channel (paid social, email, SEO or content).
• Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, track spend‑to‑outcome and adjust allocations based on real‑time signals.
• Strong written English communication skills and the capacity to convey data‑driven insights to non‑marketing audiences.
• Experience in B2B SaaS, marketplace or travel‑technology environments is a plus.
