Marketing Executive

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Marketing Executive to drive 360° marketing initiatives across digital, retail, PR and events. You will collaborate with internal teams and external partners to create integrated brand experiences that boost awareness, engagement and conversion.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in planning and executing integrated campaigns across digital, retail, PR and event channels.
• Coordinate brand communications to ensure consistent messaging across all consumer touchpoints.
• Track, analyse and report on campaign performance, recommending optimisations.
• Identify and develop strategic partnerships, supporting negotiation and delivery of partnership terms.
• Liaise with sales and merchandising for in‑store promotions, displays and on‑ground activations.
• Provide administrative support for scheduling, budgeting, inventory of marketing collateral and preparation of presentations and reports.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of hands‑on marketing experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint and basic reporting.
• Experience managing Meta, TikTok and Google advertising campaigns.
• Familiarity with social‑media management tools; basic knowledge of Canva or Capcut is a plus.
• Ability to multitask, work under pressure and think creatively.
• Strong analytical mindset combined with collaborative, energetic attitude.
