Marketing Executive, Travel Retail APAC

About the role

Coty is looking for a motivated Marketing Executive to join its Travel Retail Asia Pacific team. You will act as the bridge between global marketing, regional commercial teams and the APAC travel‑retail business, helping to deliver brand strategies and achieve financial targets.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate marketing initiatives between sales, commercial, merchandising and demand‑planning teams.
• Support execution of marketing plans, campaigns and product launches across the APAC travel‑retail network.
• Serve as the primary liaison between Global Marketing and the TR APAC unit to ensure smooth rollout of initiatives.
• Partner with commercial teams to drive in‑store visibility and retail execution.
• Work with the Visual Merchandising team on launch materials such as lightboxes, showcards and planograms.
• Assist in planning and executing GWP and sampling programs aligned with brand objectives.
• Collaborate with digital teams on e‑commerce activations for new launches.
• Handle marketing operations including purchase‑order creation, trade‑media coordination and catalogue upkeep.
• Prepare marketing calendars, sales decks and internal presentations.
• Support forecast planning, sales analysis and reporting, highlighting key trends.
• Organise ad‑hoc events, product launches and internal activations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent marketing experience.
• Fluent English; additional language is a plus.
• Relevant work experience in marketing, preferably within travel‑retail or consumer goods.
