Marketing Manager – Brand, Social & Projects

About the role

Maker Lab is seeking a Marketing Manager to lead brand storytelling, social evolution, and project delivery for a leading mobility platform client. The role blends strategic thinking, hands‑on execution, and cross‑functional orchestration in a fast‑moving, build‑it‑run‑it‑scale environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end development and execution of high‑impact brand campaigns aligned with strategic pillars such as local F&B revitalisation and senior inclusivity in mobility services.
• Partner with Creative, PR, Public Affairs and Marketing leadership to move ideas from concept to launch within fast‑moving 6‑month sprint cycles.
• Own the social ecosystem on Facebook, Instagram and TikTok, guiding a small in‑house team to shift from broadcast content to always‑on cultural storytelling.
• Build an insight‑driven, platform‑native content system and drive user‑generated content as a core growth lever.
• Coordinate with agency partners on production workflows, content calendars and cadence to ensure speed, consistency and relevance at scale.
• Translate business priorities and ambiguous briefs into structured action plans, aligning product, marketing technology, PR and creative teams.
• Define and monitor brand and social OKRs, ensuring campaigns are both creatively strong and commercially executable.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing brand and social campaigns in a fast‑paced, matrixed environment.
• Strong ability to move between strategic thinking, hands‑on execution and cross‑functional orchestration.
• Comfortable handling multiple concurrent projects and stakeholder groups.
