Marketing Manager (Deliveries)

About the role

Maker Lab is seeking a Marketing Manager, Deliveries to drive growth for a leading on‑demand delivery platform covering food, grocery and express services. The role demands a fast‑paced, data‑driven marketer who can translate commercial objectives into high‑impact campaigns that reach millions of users.

Key responsibilities

• Own the end‑to‑end marketing lifecycle across multiple delivery verticals, from strategy and creative briefing to execution and optimisation.
• Partner with Operations and commercial leaders to solve complex business challenges through data‑led initiatives.
• Lead market roll‑outs with speed, precision and operational excellence.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with Product, Growth, PR, Creative Studios, external agencies and operations teams to ensure alignment and rapid execution.
• Mentor and manage a dedicated marketing team, fostering accountability and high performance.

Required profile

• BA/BS degree or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of experience in marketing, growth, integrated campaigns or brand strategy.
• Proven track record leading large‑scale, cross‑functional marketing initiatives.
• Strong commercial instinct and ability to link marketing activities to business performance.
