Marketing Manager – Digital & Video Focus

About the role

ChildSafeguarding.com is seeking a Marketing Manager to lead the execution of its established marketing strategy. Working remotely from Singapore, you will collaborate directly with the CEO to drive content, product, and thought‑leadership initiatives across digital channels.

Key responsibilities

• Translate the existing marketing strategy, content pillars and campaign plans into publishing schedules, content calendars and detailed briefs.
• Plan, write and schedule content for social media platforms and the website.
• Edit raw footage and produce finished video assets using Adobe Premiere Pro, then publish, optimise and monitor performance.
• Design and run outbound email and campaign initiatives targeting prospective customers.
• Execute content marketing programmes across web, social and video channels.
• Collect, analyse and report on monthly performance metrics for all channels.

Required profile

• Degree or diploma in marketing, business or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 1‑3 years of hands‑on digital marketing experience with ownership of at least one channel.
• Proven video‑editing experience using Adobe Premiere Pro or equivalent.
• Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite and AI‑powered marketing tools.
• Strong written English and ability to interpret data to optimise campaigns.
• Self‑directed, organised and collaborative, available during Singapore business hours and based in Singapore.
