Marketing Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Marketing Manager to lead the development and execution of strategic marketing initiatives across multiple channels. In this role you will work autonomously, collaborating with product, sales and other cross‑functional teams to deliver data‑driven insights and impactful campaigns that meet user needs and business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Design, launch and optimise medium‑ to large‑scale marketing campaigns, assets and communication programs aligned with OKRs.
• Conduct and oversee user research and market analysis, defining research scope, partnering with internal and external resources.
• Identify target audiences, develop positioning and channel strategies, and track performance metrics for continuous improvement.
• Evaluate product and feature enhancements, map user lifecycle journeys and communicate findings to stakeholders.
• Serve as the go‑to expert for marketing tools, processes and product knowledge, ensuring high quality, accuracy and timeliness of deliverables.
• Champion diversity, equity and inclusion by fostering psychological safety, inclusive decision‑making and measurable DEI outcomes.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing end‑to‑end marketing campaigns and user research initiatives.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to influence cross‑functional partners.
• Self‑directed, accountable and comfortable operating with minimal supervision.
• Commitment to DEI principles and creating an inclusive team environment.
