Marketing Manager – Maternity Leave Cover (SEAA & SG)

About the role

Chanel is seeking a Marketing Manager to cover a maternity leave in the SEAA region, with a focus on Singapore. The role will drive a client‑centric, omni‑channel experience by leveraging CRM data, analytics, and strategic planning to elevate brand equity and client engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Transform the client journey into an omni‑channel experience using CRM insights.
• Lead end‑to‑end campaign orchestration across SEAA, continuously improving plans through performance data.
• Define and embed a clear client strategy and client‑eling approach, establishing KPIs and ensuring market adoption.
• Use CRM data to drive growth across the full client lifecycle – targeting, recruitment, retention, and conversion.
• Align media and communication strategies between global and local teams to maximise digital and media effectiveness.
• Lead deployment of digital retail projects (e.g., iCoco updates, Pioneer, online services) ensuring alignment with market needs.

Required profile

• Proven experience in CRM and client treatment within luxury retail.
• Strong relationships with local markets and a strategic mindset.
• Knowledge of watches and fine jewelry.
• Digital savvy and comfortable adopting various IT systems.
• Strong analytical abilities paired with a visionary approach.
• Excellent planning and execution capabilities.
• Creative, aesthetically inclined, organized and detail‑oriented.
• Multicultural sensitivity.
