Marketing Manager – Technology Portfolio (Japanese speaking)

About the role

CloserStill Media is seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to lead multi‑channel campaigns for its technology portfolio of events. The role focuses on driving registration, attendance and revenue growth for assigned exhibitions while collaborating with internal teams and external partners.

Key responsibilities

• Own the vertical marketing strategy for designated technology events.
• Develop annual marketing plans aligned with registration, attendance and revenue targets.
• Execute integrated campaigns across email, website, social media, paid media, partnerships and PR.
• Monitor performance, optimise activities throughout the campaign lifecycle and report insights.
• Manage campaign budgets, forecasts and expenditures to ensure positive ROMI.
• Coordinate timelines and delivery with internal specialists, agencies and vendors.
• Coach and support Marketing Executives and Senior Marketing Executives.
• Drive continuous improvement by adopting best practices and new technologies.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing B2B marketing campaigns for events or technology products.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and adjust tactics.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent in Japanese and English.
