Marketing Officer – School Branding & Communications

About the role

As the Marketing Officer at Holland International School, you will bring the school’s story to life through engaging content, inspiring campaigns, and vivid visual storytelling. Working closely with teachers, business staff and the admissions team, you will strengthen the brand, boost online and offline visibility, and support student recruitment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and grow the school’s social media presence, ensuring consistent, on‑brand messaging across all platforms.
• Plan, create, execute and evaluate digital content and marketing campaigns that showcase school life.
• Design and produce marketing collateral such as brochures, flyers, posters, banners and other promotional materials.
• Lead event management for Open Houses, school fairs, community activities and coordinate school tours for prospective families.
• Collaborate with the Principal and leadership to position the school as a top international education choice in Singapore.
• Develop and oversee communication materials including newsletters, press releases and media relations.
• Partner with Admissions to align events with strategic recruitment objectives.
• Plan, manage and produce the annual school yearbook.
• Monitor, evaluate and report on marketing performance using key performance indicators.
• Assist the Marketing & Business Development team with the annual marketing budget.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field.
• Minimum five (5) years of marketing experience, preferably in education or a similar sector.
• Creative, proactive and highly organised with a passion for storytelling.
• Strong interest in education and ability to thrive in a multicultural, dynamic environment.
• Excellent collaboration skills to work with school leadership, teachers, admissions and the board.
