Marketing & Sales Executive (Content & Community Focus)

About the role

We are looking for a Marketing & Sales Executive to own our content, sales and community engine for a premium Singapore skincare brand. You will turn engaging content and a vibrant community into measurable sales, run launches and events, and help shape the brand from the ground floor.

Key responsibilities

• Create and direct content across TikTok and Instagram; maintain a content bank and manage content producers.
• Grow the funnel and generate leads through creator outreach, referrals, skin‑scan/quiz and invite campaigns.
• Build and nurture the community of founding members on Telegram and Instagram, run challenges and meet‑ups.
• Own and grow monthly sales via content, tracked sales links, livestreams and campaigns.
• Run email marketing to increase subscriptions and repeat purchases.
• Plan and execute launches, pop‑ups, masterclasses and media events while capturing content.
• Strategise and plan livestreams (approximately twice a month) and support PR activities.

Required profile

• 2‑4 years of experience in marketing, social, content or brand roles, preferably consumer/DTC/beauty.
• Proven ability to manage both content/community building and sales‑driven growth.
• Self‑directed, organised and comfortable taking ownership in a fast‑moving small team.
• Hands‑on experience with Shopify and email marketing tools; comfortable using AI to increase efficiency.
