Marketing Senior Officer

About the role

The Marketing Senior Officer will support UPS’s marketing function by turning data into actionable insights. Working with cross‑functional teams, you will develop, analyse and present both standard and ad‑hoc reports that drive strategic decisions and improve operational effectiveness.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor market trends, competitor activity and industry developments to inform business strategy.
• Analyse large data sets to identify patterns, opportunities and risks.
• Design, build and maintain dashboards and performance reports using Power BI and Excel.
• Cleanse, transform and validate data to ensure accuracy and reliability.
• Translate complex findings into clear visualisations and presentations for diverse stakeholders.
• Collaborate with various departments to fulfil standard reporting and ad‑hoc analysis requests.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Analytics, Business, Marketing or a related field.
• Strong analytical thinking with high attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Self‑motivated, accountable and able to work independently.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Access, PowerPoint and Word.
• Working knowledge of SQL.
• Experience with Power BI for data visualisation.
