Marketing & Social Media Manager

About the role

As a core member of an early‑stage luxury adventure travel brand, you will own the marketing and social media function. Working directly with the founder, you will shape the brand’s voice, visual identity, and growth strategy while delivering compelling content and campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Create and publish copy, reels, video stories, and other content that reflects the brand’s luxury adventure ethos.
• Manage social media channels and run paid Meta advertising campaigns.
• Design and execute destination or concept launch strategies and broader brand campaigns.
• Develop and maintain the brand’s visual and verbal identity as the company scales.
• Support additional marketing tasks and cross‑functional initiatives as needed.

Required profile

• Passion for storytelling, marketing, and adventure travel.
• Affinity for remote, wilderness destinations and luxury travel experiences.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a desire to build and own a brand.
• Experience working in small teams or startups, including graduates with strong portfolios.
