Marketing Specialist

About the role

The Marketing Specialist will work onsite at Regal Rexnord's Singapore office, supporting the planning and execution of marketing campaigns and offline events.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate marketing campaigns with cross‑functional teams, ensuring timely delivery of assets.
• Lead planning, coordination and execution of offline events such as tradeshows, customer events and conferences.
• Create engaging content for marketing materials that aligns with the brand voice.
• Manage communication channels including website, social media, and email marketing, updating content and responding to inquiries.
• Assist in demand generation initiatives, tracking funnels, MQL/SQL conversion and lead nurturing.
• Monitor and report on campaign performance and content engagement metrics.
• Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, sales, product) to ensure consistent messaging.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field.
• 2‑3 years of proven experience in marketing communications.
• Proficiency in English and Mandarin.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with strong attention to detail.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Creative mindset with strategic thinking ability.

Required skills

• Familiarity with marketing tools for tradeshows, website, email marketing and social media management.
• Proficiency in analytics tools to track and report marketing performance.
