Material Account Manager

About the role

ATR Eastern Support (AES), based in Singapore, is the hub supporting the Asian and Pacific regions for ATR, the regional aircraft manufacturer. It is looking for a Material Account Manager to join its Services directorate. The role acts as the strategic link between ATR's Global Supply Chain and regional operators, moving from transactional processing to high-level account management after the New Back Office (NBO) implementation, and serves as the "Voice of the Customer".

Key responsibilities

• Conduct customer reviews and site visits to identify material pain points, expectations and operational requirements.
• Maintain real-time oversight of customer priorities and urgent requirements, and benchmark material support KPIs with operators.
• Collaborate with operators on maintenance forecasting (C-Checks, major components) and line maintenance stock strategies.
• Provide market intelligence to Commercial and Sales and help develop value-based propositions.
• Pass demand visibility and prioritisation to Supply Chain to improve inventory lead times, and synchronise Technical, Commercial, Supply and Repair departments.
• Support resolution of complex Aircraft on Ground (AOG) cases and act as escalation point for complex material queries under NBO.
• Identify material dissatisfaction or supply risks and communicate them to Customer Support Directors.

Required profile

• Diploma or 'A' Level; degree in Logistics or Aviation preferred.
• Minimum 2 years in the aviation industry (materials, supply chain or technical support).
• Professional fluency in written and spoken English.
• Stakeholder management, conflict resolution and ability to turn complex supply chain data into clear insights.
