Mechanical Engineer – Semiconductor Modules & Systems

About the role

We are seeking a Mechanical Engineer to lead and support the build of semiconductor modules and systems at our Changi facility. This full‑time, on‑site position involves assembly, system integration and close collaboration with cross‑functional teams to meet project milestones and enhance manufacturing efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and support semiconductor module and system build activities, including assembly and integration.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure project milestones are achieved.
• Provide technical solutions to improve manufacturing efficiency and product quality.
• Serve as the technical focal point for customer build projects and engineering discussions.
• Support New Product Introduction (NPI) builds and transition to volume manufacturing.
• Mentor and train junior engineers and technicians on assembly, testing, and troubleshooting of gas delivery systems.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• Strong foundation in core mechanical engineering principles.
• Experience reviewing engineering drawings, P&IDs and Bills of Materials.
• Proven project management experience, including timeline and budget management.
• Excellent problem‑solving, analytical and communication skills.
