Medical Case Manager – Nurse

About the role

We are seeking a qualified registered nurse to join our Medical Assistance team as a Medical Case Manager. The role involves reviewing medical information, providing expert opinions, and coordinating care for clients worldwide, ranging from routine outpatient reviews to emergency evacuations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a daily caseload of medical cases, ensuring timely review and decision‑making.
• Contact international medical professionals to obtain up‑to‑date patient information.
• Apply critical‑thinking skills to develop and prioritize case‑management plans.
• Collaborate with the Operations team to maintain clear communication and seamless workflow.
• Conduct telephonic patient assessments and document findings accurately.

Required profile

• Qualified and registered nurse with at least three years of clinical experience, preferably in critical care.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work under pressure.
• Proactive attitude, capable of taking ownership of problems and delivering solutions.
• Effective time‑management and prioritisation abilities.
• Willingness to work within a multicultural, follow‑the‑sun team.
