Medical Science Liaison – Hematology (Senior)

About the role

The Medical Science Liaison (MSL) / Senior MSL will execute BeOne's medical affairs strategy for the hematology therapeutic area, providing scientific support for both marketed and pipeline products. This field‑based role serves as the primary scientific bridge between BeOne and key opinion leaders (KOLs) and health‑care providers.

Key responsibilities

• Implement the field engagement plan, including advisory board meetings, educational events, scientific conferences, and KOL development programs.
• Communicate scientific data from BeOne trials, key publications, and therapeutic‑area messages to support business and lifecycle strategies.
• Develop and maintain an integrated KOL list, ensuring regular field visits, scientific projects, and speaker training.
• Gather insights on clinical practice, unmet needs, and challenges from KOLs and share them with internal teams to shape medical and clinical development plans.
• Participate in cross‑functional meetings, providing external scientific perspectives.

Required profile

• Advanced degree in a life‑science discipline (PhD, PharmD, MD) with strong clinical expertise in hematology.
• Proven experience engaging KOLs and health‑care providers in a pharmaceutical or biotech setting.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to translate complex data into clear messages.
• Business acumen to align scientific activities with commercial objectives.
