About the role

The NETS Group is a payments services group enabling digital payments for merchants, consumers and banks across the payments value chain, including Singapore's national debit scheme. The AML Team, part of the Customer Service and Operations division, screens new and existing merchants for AML/KYC compliance. The Merchant Assessment Officer ensures data consistency across systems under AML/KYC requirements and reports to the AML Team Manager. This is a 12-month contract.

Key responsibilities

Review name screening hits
Handle AML function and KYC updates
Analyse data and align information across the various systems
Investigate and follow up with relevant stakeholders when required
Handle other functions as and when required

Required profile

Minimum Diploma, GCE A Level and/or GCE O Level with experience
Proficiency in or experience of KYC/AML functions
Able to work independently and collaborate as a team player
Good time management and ability to meet deadlines
Ability to read Chinese characters is an added advantage
