About the role
EPOS is seeking a Merchant Operations Executive to join its growing team in Singapore. You will play a key part in helping merchants adopt EPOS’s point‑of‑sale solutions, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience and ongoing operational support.
Key responsibilities
- Support merchant onboarding, including documentation, system setup, and basic training.
- Handle day‑to‑day operational tasks and respond to basic merchant inquiries.
- Track activation status and monitor onboarding progress.
- Maintain accurate data entry and keep system records up to date.
- Follow standard operating procedures to guarantee process compliance and consistency.
- Escalate any issues or delays to senior team members promptly.
Required profile
- Strong English communication skills; additional language proficiency may be required depending on location.
- Basic understanding of operations or customer‑service processes.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
- Detail‑oriented with strong execution and follow‑through.
- Fresh graduates or candidates with 0‑2 years of relevant experience.
