Merchant Success Manager (Lifestyle Ecosystem)

About the role

Singapore Airlines is looking for a Merchant Success Manager for its Lifestyle Ecosystem. The successful candidate joins a team responsible for managing partner accounts and merchants' operations on the Digital Lifestyle Platform (Kris+).

Key responsibilities

• Manage key accounts of Kris+, driving revenue and transaction growth, monitoring merchant performance, ensuring merchant ROI and identifying expansion opportunities.
• Plan and execute in-app marketing campaigns for Kris+ merchants.
• Oversee the end-to-end merchant journey and operational processes, including leading merchant onboarding, training and setup, data management and the development of training materials.
• Drive overall merchant adoption and success on the platform.
• Manage the team that visits merchant outlets, providing operational support such as troubleshooting app issues with cashiers and liaising with the Kris+ IT team to resolve problems.
• Propose process and technology improvements to enhance the merchant journey.
• Share ground-level insights and market intelligence, such as competitor and trending sales and marketing activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• 2 to 5 years of relevant experience, preferably in account management, merchant success or customer success teams.
• Able to work effectively in a team and communicate well, managing multiple stakeholders across functions.
• Self-motivated and passionate about delivering value to ecosystem players.

Required skills

• Experience executing in-app marketing campaigns is advantageous.
• Experience using Canva is advantageous.
