Multi-Agent Systems Architect (Agentic AI)

About the role

A global technology leader, which is an industry leader in advanced manufacturing and digital innovation and invests heavily in AI, automation and next-generation platforms, is recruiting a Multi-Agent Systems Architect in Singapore. The client is building an AI capability focused on Agentic AI, Large Language Models and intelligent automation, and wants someone to help shape enterprise AI solutions at scale.

Key responsibilities

• Architect and develop autonomous AI agents capable of advanced reasoning, planning and task execution.
• Design and implement scalable multi-agent systems and Agentic AI frameworks.
• Build and optimise Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions, including data ingestion, embeddings, vector search and knowledge retrieval.
• Integrate LLMs with internal applications, APIs, databases and enterprise tools.
• Develop evaluation frameworks to measure agent performance, reliability and business outcomes.
• Drive AI platform deployment through Kubernetes, containerization and CI/CD pipelines.
• Monitor, profile and optimise AI workloads, and implement AI security, governance and access-control best practices.

Required profile

• At least 8 years of experience in software engineering, AI/ML platforms, cloud infrastructure or related fields.
• Hands-on experience developing GenAI, Agentic AI or LLM-powered applications.
• Proven experience deploying cloud applications with Kubernetes, Docker and CI/CD.
• Strong programming skills and experience building scalable distributed systems.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement and problem-solving abilities.

Required skills

• RAG, prompt engineering, tool calling, agent orchestration and AI workflows.
• Frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, Microsoft Agent Framework or similar.
• Kubernetes, Docker and CI/CD.
