Murex Front Office Consultant – Banking Projects

About the role

We are seeking a seasoned Murex Front Office (FO) Consultant to join a multi‑year initiative for a leading Asian bank. The role involves delivering functional enhancements, supporting trade booking, and ensuring smooth deployment across front‑to‑back processes.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse stakeholder requirements and propose functional designs aligned with Front Office expectations.
• Deliver and support enhancements on the Murex FO module.
• Manage functional delivery quality, implementation, and deployment.
• Participate in SIT/UAT and formal release cycles.
• Support issue resolution related to Front Office, P&L, market data, and trade booking.
• Develop domain roadmaps considering business and technical constraints.
• Communicate architectural principles and delivery standards to stakeholders.
• Act as a trusted advisor between Business and IT teams.

Required profile

• 6+ years of experience as a Front Office/Product Control Business Analyst or Functional Consultant.
• Hands‑on experience with Murex Front Office (FO) module.
• Strong knowledge of traded financial instruments (Equities, Interest Rates, FX, Commodities).
• Background in Investment Banking or Risk Management.
• Proven ability in requirements gathering and functional specification documentation.
• Experience participating in SIT/UAT and release cycles.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• BS or higher degree in Finance, Economics, or a related discipline.
