Senior Consultant

About the role

Allianz is seeking a Senior Consultant to help its businesses solve complex problems, drive strategic initiatives, and implement change. You will act as a trusted advisor, lead end‑to‑end delivery of workstreams, and guide junior team members toward high‑quality, insight‑driven outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of entire workstreams or modules, ensuring executive‑ready recommendations and rigorous quality standards.
• Build trusted relationships with mid‑to‑senior client stakeholders, facilitate discussions, and shape decision‑making through insight‑led conversations.
• Mentor and manage Consultants and junior staff, providing structured feedback and fostering a high‑performing team environment.
• Leverage generative AI tools such as Copilot and ChatGPT to accelerate research, analysis, and synthesis, and identify opportunities to embed AI in client solutions.
• Support business development by contributing to proposals, pitch materials, and thought‑leadership assets.
• Develop deep expertise in insurance, operations, or transformation domains and share knowledge internally.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree.
• 3–7 years of experience in management consulting, advisory, insurance, project management, or related business/finance functions.
• Functional expertise in the insurance value chain and agile delivery methodologies.
