NC Programmer

About the role

We are looking for an NC Programmer to join our manufacturing team on Jurong Island. The role involves creating and maintaining NC part programs for numerically controlled production machines, ensuring high‑quality output and efficient shop‑floor operations.

Key responsibilities

• Develop NC part programs and master programs for family parts under guidance of senior programmers.
• Update existing NC tapes in response to engineering change requests or manufacturing needs.
• Establish recall modules to standardise setup statements, tooling selection and machining speeds.
• Validate program accuracy and recommend improvements before releasing tapes to the shop floor.
• Collaborate with production and engineering teams to resolve technical issues.

Required profile

• 2‑4 years of hands‑on experience in NC programming within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow standard techniques, procedures and criteria.
• Good communication skills to work with cross‑functional teams.
