NGEMR System Internship (Oct 2026 – Sep 2027)

About the role

Join Synapxe as an ITE intern and support the implementation of the NGEMR system across Singapore’s healthcare institutions. You will gain hands‑on experience in application and hardware testing while contributing to a healthier nation.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare site engagement activities and assess site readiness.
• Conduct functionality checks on workstations, printers, peripherals and mobile devices.
• Gather and verify hardware information from multiple sites.
• Manage Technique Dress Rehearsals (TDR) and coordinate engineers’ schedules.
• Lead workgroup meetings with users and SPOCs to plan TDR activities.
• Prepare weekly presentation slides for team and project updates.
• Support Full Dress Rehearsal (FDR), Final Verification (FV) and go‑live activities.

Required profile

• Currently pursuing a Higher Nitec in Cyber & Network Security or a related discipline.
• Expected graduation in December 2027.
• Familiarity with ITIL processes.
• Knowledge of Windows OS installation, setup and user profile handling.
• Proficient with the Microsoft 365 suite.
• Independent, fast‑learning, self‑driven and a strong team player.
