O2C Manager – 24-Month Contract

About the role

The O2C Manager will lead a 24‑month transformation programme for a leading consumer and retail organisation in Singapore. You will be responsible for stabilising end‑to‑end Order‑to‑Cash processes, strengthening financial controls and driving performance improvements across billing, receivables, credit management and cash application.

Key responsibilities

• Identify gaps, inefficiencies and control weaknesses in O2C processes and implement corrective actions.
• Lead execution of transformation initiatives, including automation and system enhancements.
• Strengthen financial controls across billing, receivables, credit management and cash application.
• Partner with shared services and business teams to improve process discipline and service delivery.
• Define, track and report on key KPIs such as DSO, cash application rates and billing accuracy.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders to embed scalable, standardised processes.

Required profile

• Degree in Accounting, Finance or a related discipline.
• 10+ years of experience in O2C, Accounts Receivable, Credit Management or Finance Operations.
• Proven track record of driving process improvement, stabilisation or transformation initiatives.
• Hands‑on experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP FI/SD.
• Strong understanding of financial controls, reconciliations and audit requirements.
• Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills across cross‑functional teams.
