Office & Workplace Experience Specialist

About the role

Doctor Anywhere is looking for an Office & Workplace Experience Specialist to be the welcoming face of its office and ensure smooth daily operations. This fully on‑site role requires a proactive individual who enjoys interacting with visitors, supporting colleagues, and managing the physical workspace.

Key responsibilities

• Greet visitors, handle deliveries, and manage mail, ensuring timely distribution.
• Organise company‑wide events and employee‑engagement activities.
• Assist colleagues with queries, directing them to the appropriate channels.
• Support new‑hire onboarding and maintain the new‑hire kit inventory.
• Manage access passes, lockers, and maintain accurate records.
• Liaise with building management for office moves and related activities.
• Coordinate third‑party vendors such as cleaning services, ensuring a tidy environment.
• Oversee office inventory, arrange repairs, and maintain facilities.
• Handle administrative tasks including contract management, vendor invoicing, and database upkeep.
• Perform ad‑hoc duties as needed.

Required profile

• Available to start in July 2026 or able to join with short notice.
• Willing to work on‑site Monday‑Friday (full‑time).
• Minimum diploma with at least 2 years of experience in customer service, facilities management, or related fields.
• Strong service mindset, multitasking ability, and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication; additional language a plus.
• Flexibility to work occasional weekends with compensatory time off.

Required skills

• Understanding of frontline operations and office management.
