Online Growth & Performance Marketing Expert

About the role

We are seeking an Online Growth & Performance Marketing Expert to design and execute data‑driven acquisition strategies that fuel rapid user growth and platform engagement across international markets. The role combines hands‑on campaign management with strategic optimisation to achieve aggressive CAC and LTV targets.

Key responsibilities

• Architect and launch 0‑to‑1 growth strategies that drive user acquisition, community expansion, and platform activity in new regions.
• Manage and scale multi‑channel digital advertising campaigns using Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads (UAC/SEM) and emerging programmatic networks.
• Conduct rigorous A/B testing on creatives, audience segments and bidding algorithms to continuously lower CAC and maximise LTV.
• Set up full‑funnel tracking and attribution models with tools such as AppsFlyer and Adjust, delivering performance dashboards to leadership.
• Collaborate with creative and local teams to culturally adapt ad assets for diverse regional audiences.

Required profile

• 3‑5+ years of hands‑on performance marketing or paid user acquisition experience, with deep expertise in Meta and Google ad ecosystems.
• Proven success in the 0‑1 growth phase, scaling user bases for apps, digital content platforms or gaming products in new markets.
• Strong technical knowledge of mobile attribution platforms, SDK integrations and data‑privacy regulations.
• Excellent analytical skills, proficient in Excel, SQL or modern BI tools to turn raw data into actionable insights.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin, able to work effectively with global cross‑functional teams.
