Online Sales & Marketing Specialist (US, Europe, Germany, French)

About the role

We are looking for an Online Sales & Marketing Specialist to drive our e‑commerce growth across the US, Europe, Germany and French‑speaking markets. You will manage Reolink’s official website and Amazon storefronts, ensuring optimal performance and a seamless customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and maintain e‑commerce storefronts on multiple platforms, focusing on Australia, Europe and US markets.
• Upload and optimise product listings, including titles, descriptions and item specifics.
• Conduct keyword research and listing optimisation to boost visibility and conversion rates.
• Plan and execute market‑specific promotional campaigns, discounts and sponsored ads.
• Monitor orders, coordinate fulfilment and ensure platform‑specific performance standards.
• Analyse sales, traffic and conversion data, providing actionable insights for pricing and product strategy.
• Maintain compliance with each platform’s policies to protect account health.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in any field (preferred).
• 2‑5 years of hands‑on experience managing a company’s official e‑commerce website.
• Strong understanding of platform policies such as Amazon, Shopee and Lazada.
• Experience with cross‑border B2C e‑commerce, especially in Australia, Europe and US markets.
