About the role

The Recruiting Coordinator at GovTech supports the Talent Acquisition team by managing the full candidate journey for a high‑growth technology organization. This 12‑month contract role ensures interview processes are efficient, transparent, and candidate‑first.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end scheduling of high‑volume interviews across multiple business units and hiring teams.
• Coordinate logistics for virtual, in‑person, panel, and assessment‑based interviews.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates, recruiters, hiring managers, and interviewers throughout the scheduling process.
• Maintain clear and timely communication to deliver a seamless candidate experience.
• Identify and resolve scheduling conflicts, last‑minute changes, and resource constraints.
• Manage interviewer capacity and availability, optimizing assignments based on skills, workload, and hiring priorities.
• Partner with the recruitment team to align interview processes with hiring goals.
