Operation Officer – Lubmarine (1‑Year Fixed‑Term)

About the role

The Operation Officer will be based at the Lubmarine blending plant in Tuas, Singapore, and will act as the Delivery Manager for bulk and packed lubricant supplies to vessels calling at Singapore and Malaysia ports. The role requires 24/7 availability, including weekends and holidays, to ensure zero‑miss‑delivery performance.

Key responsibilities

• Receive, acknowledge and process lubricant orders from the Lubmarine department via the LoT (Lub On Time) system.
• Coordinate with third‑party contractors to schedule chartered steel bulk barges and guarantee timely delivery to vessels in Singapore harbours, outer port limits and anchorage areas.
• Monitor and replenish bulk and packed stock at the Tuas plant and SLP terminal, including IBC handling and transfer to barges.
• Update delivery status in the LoT portal and generate delivery notes (DN) in SAP.
• Obtain vessel signatures or chief engineer stamps for each delivery and compile required documentation for billing.
• Track vessel arrival notices through local shipping agents and PSA/Marinet systems and arrange prompt supply.
• Execute post‑goods‑issue processes in SAP after receipt of all delivery documents.

Required profile

• Proven experience in logistics, port operations or marine supply chain management.
• Ability to work under high‑intensity demand and meet strict delivery standards.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Effective communication with internal teams, contractors and vessel crew.
