Operational Excellence Partner

About the role

The Operational Excellence Partner will embed The Maersk Way across Ocean Operations, driving continuous improvement, eliminating waste, and anchoring new ways of working through the Maersk Operating System (MOS). The role ensures best practices are shared and data‑driven insights are used to sustain results.

Key responsibilities

• Lead continuous improvement initiatives aligned to Ocean Operations priorities and implement them through the MOS.
• Identify, solve and sustainably eliminate operational inefficiencies and process waste.
• Validate trade‑offs between cost and quality to support operational objectives.
• Leverage global data products and insights to identify improvement opportunities and support decision‑making.
• Coach teams on The Maersk Way, problem solving and Kaizen practices.

Required profile

• Proactive Operational Excellence professional with experience driving continuous improvement initiatives.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, able to work cross‑functionally.
• Experience with Lean and problem‑solving methodologies; Black Belt certification is advantageous.
