About the role
The Operations Executive will ensure the smooth running of assigned cleaning sites across Singapore. You will coordinate daily site visits, manage client enquiries and provide timely updates to the Operations Director.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare periodic schedules for assigned sites.
- Arrange daily site visits to client premises.
- Handle client enquiries and feedback, relaying information to the Operations Director.
- Conduct ad‑hoc checks to verify cleaning teams follow SOPs and safety standards.
- Maintain regular communication of client requirements and feedback.
Required profile
- Minimum 2 years of experience in operations or project coordination.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Proactive team player with a positive attitude.
- Class 3 driving licence is an advantage.
- Experience in cleaning services is a plus.
