Operations Executive (Transport) – SGD 3,200‑3,800/month

About the role

The Operations Executive (Transport) will manage daily delivery schedules, coordinate drivers and vehicles, and ensure smooth logistics flow for our clients in Singapore. You will work closely with warehouse teams, plant operators and shipping agents to meet customer requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate daily delivery schedules.
• Assign and deploy drivers and vehicles efficiently.
• Monitor delivery progress using GPS tracking systems.
• Liaise with customers, warehouse teams, plant operators and shipping agents.
• Handle operational issues and urgent delivery requests.
• Monitor vessel movements through Portnet and Jurong Port systems.
• Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics activities.
• Prepare and verify transport, shipping and delivery documents.
• Process Proof of Delivery (POD) and maintain accurate records.
• Manage driver scheduling, deployment and trip reconciliation.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company procedures.
• Participate in rotational standby duties as required.

Required profile

• Diploma or equivalent in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Transportation or related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in logistics, transport operations or fleet coordination.
• Good understanding of transport and logistics operations.
• Strong communication, coordination and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment.
