About the role
The Operations Manager will oversee daily company activities, ensuring efficient use of manpower, resources and compliance with safety policies. This role is pivotal in driving operational efficiency and supporting business success within a fast‑moving industrial environment.
Key responsibilities
- Lead daily operations and coordinate manpower, work schedules and resources to meet business demands.
- Supervise staff performance, provide guidance and training to maintain high work quality.
- Monitor service and work quality, promptly addressing issues and implementing corrective actions.
- Track inventory levels, supplies and operational expenses to control costs effectively.
- Prepare detailed operational reports and update management for informed decision‑making.
- Enforce compliance with company policies, workplace safety standards and relevant regulations.
