Oracle Finance Project Manager

About the role

A well-established multinational enterprise with operations across Asia-Pacific, Africa, North America and the Middle East is looking for an Oracle Finance Project Manager in Singapore. The role oversees the end-to-end planning, implementation and optimisation of Oracle Financial modules (GL, AP, AR, FA) while aligning technical deliverables with business transformation goals. It is a permanent position, open to work from home or hybrid.

Key responsibilities

• Manage project governance: scope, timelines, budgets, resources and RAID logs
• Act as primary liaison between finance leaders, technical teams and external vendors
• Lead requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, design and Conference Room Pilots (CRPs) for Oracle Cloud/EBS Financials
• Direct teams through execution, UAT, training and post-go-live support
• Streamline core financial processes such as Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash and Record-to-Report

Required profile

• At least 7 years managing IT/finance transformation projects, with specific Oracle Financials/Fusion/EBS experience
• Deep knowledge of General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR) and Fixed Assets (FA)
• Strong cross-functional leadership, risk management and executive communication skills

Required skills

• Preferred certifications: PMP, PRINCE2 or Oracle Cloud certification
• Oracle Financials, Oracle Fusion, Oracle EBS

What we offer

• Salary of SG$10,000 to SG$11,000 per month (SG$120,000 to SG$132,000 per year)
