Organisational Development Manager / Change Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Organisational Development Manager to lead change initiatives that boost business performance, enhance workforce capability, and support strategic transformation. You will partner with senior leadership, HR, and cross‑functional teams to design, implement, and sustain organisational improvements.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute organisational development strategies aligned with business goals.
• Lead enterprise‑wide change management programmes, including communication and training plans.
• Conduct organisational assessments, monitor change readiness, and evaluate programme effectiveness.
• Collaborate with executives to identify needs, develop change roadmaps, and improve business processes.
• Facilitate workshops, leadership development sessions, and adoption activities.
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and high performance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, Management or related field (Master’s preferred).
• Proven experience in organisational development, change management, or business transformation.
• Strong understanding of organisational design, talent development, workforce planning and employee engagement.
• Experience leading large‑scale transformation, culture change, restructuring or process‑improvement projects.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, coaching and stakeholder‑management skills.
