Organisational Effectiveness Specialist – People Team

About the role

We are looking for an Organisational Effectiveness Specialist to join our People Team. You will help shape a healthy, sustainable organisation while supporting business growth through data‑driven insights and strategic initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Support organisation development and workforce management initiatives to maintain a healthy, sustainable organisation.
• Analyse people data and organisational metrics (e.g., attrition, progression) to identify trends and deliver actionable insights.
• Conduct deep‑dive investigations into concerning areas (e.g., top heaviness, stagnancy, rightsizing) and define remediation plans.
• Collaborate with other departments and local markets to resolve organisation‑related issues.
• Implement centrally defined special projects across the region and monitor outcomes for continuous improvement.
• Take on ad‑hoc initiatives or tasks as business needs arise.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline (master's degree advantageous but not required).
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in any Human Resources function.
• Experience in at least two of the following areas: Organisational Development, Transformation, Change Management, or HR analytics.
• Strong problem‑solving ability, business judgement and people intuition.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Comfortable working in a dynamic, ambiguous environment.
