Outbound Logistics Lead

About the role

As a member of the Outbound Logistics Team at lululemon, you will ensure timely delivery of retail products from the Singapore Distribution Center to stores across South‑East Asia. You will partner with DC teams, trade teams and transportation vendors, providing updates and solutions to store operations while meeting schedule, SLA and cost‑control expectations. The role reports to the Asia Outbound Logistics Manager based in Hong Kong.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor daily transportation flow of all retail orders from the SG DC to regional stores.
• Track DC ship dates and transit times, preparing shipping documents for outbound shipments, DC transfers and store pull‑backs.
• Generate regular performance reports to improve vendor management and ensure KPI compliance.
• Collaborate with internal partners and logistics service providers to enhance vendor performance and implement corrective actions.
• Support special projects such as new store openings, transfers, returns and other logistical matters.
• Audit and submit logistics vendor invoices, prepare monthly accruals and coordinate performance meetings.
• Provide outbound volume forecasts to carriers for space reservation and act as subject‑matter expert on outbound shipping KPIs.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of experience in logistics or supply chain.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience handling bonded shipments is a plus.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and ERP systems.
• Advanced Excel skills.
