OutSystems Developer

About the role

ScienTec Consulting is looking for an OutSystems Developer to build and support secure, reliable digital services. The role applies strong full-stack engineering skills across application development, platform operations and continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain OutSystems applications and API or SFTP integrations.
• Improve application quality, performance, security and maintainability.
• Support OutSystems environments, deployments, upgrades and migrations.
• Troubleshoot production issues across applications, workflows, integrations, databases and infrastructure.
• Support services hosted on AWS or equivalent cloud platforms, including IIS, Windows Server and SQL Server environments.
• Strengthen CI/CD, automated testing, monitoring, documentation and engineering practices.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of experience developing and maintaining applications with OutSystems.
• Experience building REST, SOAP or other API integrations.
• Experience with Git, CI/CD, automated testing, monitoring and production support.

Required skills

• Working knowledge of C# and .NET, plus JavaScript or TypeScript, HTML5 and CSS3.
• Microsoft SQL Server, including data modelling, complex queries and performance optimisation.
• Familiarity with AWS or another cloud platform, IIS, Windows Server and networking.
