Overseas KOL/Influencer Operations Specialist (Singapore)

About the role

We are looking for an Overseas KOL/Influencer Operations Specialist to lead and execute influencer marketing initiatives across global platforms. You will build and nurture a creator ecosystem, driving user growth and engagement for our gaming and entertainment products.

Key responsibilities

• Source, recruit, and manage creators on platforms such as Discord, YouTube, Twitter/X, and TikTok.
• Design and launch creator incentive programs aligned with gaming trends.
• Develop content marketing strategies tailored to different game genres to foster user‑generated content.
• Implement systematic, scalable processes for managing large groups of KOCs.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for creators, maintaining feedback loops with product and development teams.
• Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and viral content to iterate marketing strategies.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or higher.
• At least 1 year of experience in user operations, community management, or overseas creator/influencer management.
• Strong logical thinking, results‑driven mindset, and excellent execution abilities.
• Professional proficiency in English and Mandarin Chinese.
• Passion for gaming, entertainment, and ACG culture.
